USC Summer Course “The World of Galician Wines (6th edition) XIV Albariño Forum. Symbiosis with the Environment and Wine Tourism in the Face of the New Global Scenario”

Organised by the University of Santiago de Compostela, with the collaboration of the Asociación de Adegas do Salnés and Adegas Terra de Asorei, and sponsored by Zona Franca de Vigo.

The course is aimed at students, university and vocational training teachers, secondary schools, wine industry professionals and the general public who wish to explore the world of today’s Albariño and the latest trends and developments in the sector, from a range of perspectives.
